Training, Education, and Content Creation

By submitting your information and communicating with us, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Gold Realty Partners LLC may use your interactions — including recorded phone calls, text message exchanges, email correspondence, property details, and deal outcomes — for the following purposes:

• Internal team training: Training our acquisitions team, virtual assistants, and staff on seller communication, property evaluation, and transactions
• Role-play and scenario training: Using anonymized or non-anonymized conversation excerpts as training examples for staff and contractors
• AI and technology training: Training, fine-tuning, or improving artificial intelligence tools, automated response systems, call analysis software, and machine learning models — including tools that transcribe conversations, score leads, or automate follow-up sequences
• Educational content: Creating courses, guides, webinars, or training programs related to real estate investing, wholesaling, and seller communication — which may be shared internally or sold/licensed externally
• Marketing and social media content: Referencing deal outcomes or seller scenarios (with personally identifying information removed or altered) in social media posts, videos, podcasts, blog posts, or case studies
• Business consulting and coaching: Using deal examples and conversation insights to advise or train other real estate investors or business operators

Legal and Compliance

• To comply with applicable Texas and federal laws and legal obligations
• To resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal rights
• To detect, prevent, or investigate fraud or other illegal activity

04 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third-party marketers. We do share your information in the following circumstances:

Transaction Parties

In connection with a real estate transaction, we may share your information with title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, notaries, and other parties necessary to complete the transaction.

Contract Assignment Buyers

Gold Realty Partners LLC may assign its equitable interest in a purchase contract to a third-party buyer. Relevant property and contact information will be shared with the assignee and their representatives. You will be notified in writing of any assignment as required by Texas law.

Service Providers and Technology Partners

We use third-party tools to operate our business including CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel), call recording and transcription services, AI and lead scoring tools, email marketing platforms, and website analytics providers. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

Other Investors and Business Partners

We may share property information (but not your personally identifying information without your consent) with our network of investors or joint venture partners for the purpose of locating a buyer for your property.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if necessary to protect our rights or your safety.

Business Transfers

If Gold Realty Partners LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction with advance notice to you.

05 SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS/text messages from Gold Realty Partners LLC.

Text message conversations may be recorded, stored, and used for training, quality assurance, AI model improvement, and content creation purposes as described in Section 3.

06 Call Recording and Monitoring

Gold Realty Partners LLC may record telephone and video calls for quality assurance, training, compliance, and the purposes described in Section 3. Where required by law, we will notify you at the beginning of a recorded call. Your continued participation constitutes your consent to recording. Recorded calls may be used for staff training, AI transcription and model training, dispute resolution, and educational or coaching content (with personally identifying information removed for public-facing content).

07 Data Retention

• Lead and contact data may be retained indefinitely in our CRM for ongoing marketing and follow-up purposes
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with Texas real estate and tax record requirements
• Call recordings and text transcripts may be retained indefinitely for training and compliance purposes
• You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 8, subject to legal retention obligations

08 Your Rights and Choices

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt-out of SMS: Reply STOP to any text message
• Opt-out of email: Click the unsubscribe link in any email
• Opt-out of all contact: Email [email protected] with subject line "Do Not Contact"

Opting out of marketing will not delete historical records of past interactions, which may be retained for legal, training, and compliance purposes.
